It has the usual ones which are vitamin C vitamin E but more so it also has green tea which is good to remove puffiness of the eyes; grapeseed oil helps tightens your skin and is good for treating acne and licorice root that aids in brightening your skin and also fights acne. My 2 year old son loves this Easter Egg hatching eggs. It teaches kids about patience and understanding about how eggs are hatched in real life. I love that it comes with 3 different pets which are blue bird, frog and the kitty pet. However the painting part of the pet isn't as bright as it is in the picture. Also the pets seem to be slimy after they are hatched to the point where my son doesn't want to hold it.
