As a nurse I know how important it is to have blood pressure monitor especially in a household where somebody has hypertension or is prone to having a hypo tension as well. I like this one cuz it's portable. it's not too big you can just put it in your purse if you have a big purse and its battery operated as well. An adapter is available for it too but you have to buy it separately. We already own one before which is an Omron and its a little bigger than this one and the screen is a lot brighter. That's one thing that Im not fond of is the screen. It isn't that clear. If the light is so bright you can't really see you well the numbers. Aside from that it takes exact blood pressure measurement. I appreciate that it comes with a detailed instruction manual that tells you what is considered high blood. I have a pretty big arm and so is my husband but it works just fine for us. It also comes with a case which is a plus!I was lucky enough to be able to purchase this for a discounted price in exchange for my objective and equitable review.
