more important is it is plant based. Anything that is plant based gets easily absorbed by our body. By this we will be able to utilize it faster.
I like that it comes in a one serving pack. Very convenient specially if you are in a hurry. I usually replace one meal with this. It keeps me full and gives me nutrients and energy that I need. With that being said, it speeds up my weight loss too. I find the flavor super rich but if you're like me who's not a fan of chocolate, I just simply add it to my smoothie just like what I showed in the video.
