I love baking stuff from scratch and I always worry if the surface that I'm working with is dirty no matter how much I sanitize and clean it. That is just one use that I love with this Silicone baking mat. Now I can kneed my dough without worries.
More so it is very convenient that it has all this guides for measurement all around the sheet! I don't have to search it while I am baking which is a hassle sometimes.
Aside from that it has pre-sized markers that you can use when sizing whatever it is your baking. I found it so useful when making pie crust. Very helpful too when you are making fondant decor.
Lastly you can use it as a lining so whatever it is your baking won't stick. Imagine you kneed there, measure it and cook it there too! How convenient! And it definitely doesn't stick after the food is baked. Very easy to clean too! Let me just remind you that it is big. I purchased this for a lower price to evaluate and provide a equitable and objective review.
